Molton Brown Competition Terms and Conditions

1. All information detailing how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions. Beach Tomato and Molton Brown may at its sole discretion vary the rules of the competition.
2. Entries are to be submitted via https://www.beachtomato.com . All mandatory boxes must be completed.
3. Competition closes midnight on 31st January 2013. Late, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted.
4. By entering this competition, you are opting in to receive emails from Beach Tomato, Tahiti Tourism and Molton Brown who, using the information you supplied, may contact you from time to time to inform you of offers, products or promotions we think you'll be interested in, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found at http://www.blacktomato.com/our-privacy-policy/
5. Only one entry per person. No purchase is necessary.
6. The winner will be chosen at random and will be notified by 7th February 2013.
7. The winner's prize includes international Economy class return flights with Air Tahiti Nui, internal transfers from Tahiti to Raiatea (excluding taxes) and accommodation at Le Taha'a Island Resort and Spa plus the Molton Brown Mahina fragrance
8. Runner's up prizes include 75 Molton Brown goody bags worth over £70 consisting of: full size shower gel, handwash, shampoo and conditioner
9. Accommodation provided by Tahiti Tourism and Le Taha'a Island Resort and Spa– including 7 nights in a view over water suite for two, inc shared transfers included to/from the Resort and American breakfast for two
10. The winner must book their trip and flights before 31st January 2014. Flights and accommodation are valid from 31st January 2013 until 31st March, 2014.
11. - Validity for stay is until 31st March, 2014. Dates UNAVAILABLE for travel are: July-Aug-Sep 2013 and 23rd Dec 2013 to 3rd January 2014)
12. Booking will be confirmed depending on availability at the time of the winner's request
13. International Flights provided by Air Tahiti Nui and are subject to availability – the winner of the competition will win two return Economy class flights from London to Papeete International Airport. Booking will be confirmed subject to availability at the time of booking request.
14. The winner and guest will be responsible for their own travel insurance, taxes and personal expenditure including all other meals and other incidental costs. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure they have a valid passport with minimum 6 month validity beyond the return date, with at least two unstamped pages, and necessary travel visas.
15. Both competition winner and guest must be 18 years of age or older. Terms and Conditions of the carriers apply.
16. The competition prize winner may be required to participate in any post-event publicity.
The winner must not be employed by any of our participating partners.
17. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof. The Promoter shall have no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the competition.

This competition will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the United Kingdom for any disputes arising out of this competition. If cheating, a virus, bug, catastrophic event, or any other unforeseen or unexpected event that cannot be reasonably anticipated or controlled, (also referred to as force majeure) affects the fairness and/or integrity of this competition, we reserve the right to cancel, change or suspend this competition.
19. This right is reserved whether the event is due to human or technical error. If a solution cannot be found to restore the integrity of the competition, we reserve the right to randomly select winners from among all eligible entries received before we had to cancel, change or suspend the competition. If you attempt to compromise the integrity or the legitimate operation of this competition by hacking or by cheating or committing fraud in any way, we may seek damages from you to the fullest extent permitted by law. wouldn't submit in IE9 but a lot of sites are the same these days. Went through fine in chrome.

Biggest worry was my AV blocking a trojan from the site.

WARNING! This site totally crashed my computer - has taken me almost an hour to get it sorted out again (Fake warning comes up about Win 7 security purchase) WOULD DEFINITELY AVOID!
