Hi just a friendly word of advice Jason & to anyone else, ive filled in a DR7 myself & it went missing between the job centre & processing i got the blame, Any form i fill in now i get them to photocopy it, sign & date it......i was accused of not filling in 1st form, to cover myself i forced an advisor to do this & she actually said what does it matter having my signiture on it, its not goin to help.....trust me it did i waited a further 3 weeks for cash & proved it had been sent by this advisor. Good Luck0
