Please read these promotion rules carefully. If you enter one of our promotions, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.
1. To enter a promotion you must be:
(a) UK or Ireland resident; and
(b) 13 years old or over at the time of entry.
2. Promotions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of the Promoter, its agencies or anybody connected with the promotion.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Only one entry per person per promotion.
5. A monthly promotion will either require a participant to answer a question correctly or submit an entry with creative content. To enter:
(i) Complete the online registration form and submit this, together with your creative entry which meets the entry criteria.
(ii) Entries which contain any offensive, defamatory or inappropriate content or which reference any third party brands will be rejected.
(iii) Winners will be selected by our panel of judges as being those who have submitted the entries that best meet the entry criteria or reflect the creative brief provided by the Promoter.
6. The closing date is as stated on the website for each promotion. Submitting an entry is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason. Incomplete or incorrectly completed entries will be rejected.
7. Details of the prizes to be awarded and the number of winners receiving a prize in a promotion will be indicated on the promotion entry page. The results in a promotion are final, and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the winners.
8. Winners will be notified by the Promoter by email within 7 days of selection and should receive their prize at the address included in their entry within 6 weeks of notification.
9. Details of winners in any promotion will be available for 4 weeks on the website, 1 week after the relevant promotion closing date.
10. Prizes in a promotion are as stated and no cash alternatives are available. In the event that the advertised prizes become unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to award alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
11. Winners in any promotion may be required to participate in future publicity.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or suspend any promotion or extend the entry period or disqualify any participant at any time without giving advance notice and will do so if it cannot be guaranteed that a promotion can be carried out fairly or correctly for technical, legal or other reasons or if the Promoter suspects that any person has been manipulating entries or the results or has acted unethically in any other way.
13. The promotions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with any promotion.
14. Entrants are deemed to have accepted the entry rules set out in all promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions when participating in any promotion.
