• Only one entry permitted per person per holiday destination. Entries made using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devises or bulk entries will be void. No responsibility is accepted for entries which are invalid, incomplete, illegible, lost or delayed in transit, or which fail to be properly submitted. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt.
• Two winners will be drawn for each holiday destination – ten winners in total across the promotion.
• Tuesday January 8, 2013: Today’s featured prizes each a 7-night VILLAS4YOU villa holiday to the ALGARVE for 4 people up to the value of £2,500 including flights, travel insurance (subject to the winner’s eligibility) and entry level car hire. Villa of winner’s choice. If the total holiday chosen exceeds £2,500 then the winner must pay the difference. Any flights for additional passengers must be purchased through VILLAS4YOU.
• Travel to/from UK departure airport, sustenance, spending money and any other costs/expenses not included (winner’s responsibility).
• Holiday must be booked by December 30, 2013 and taken before December 31, 2013. All dates subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Competition winner must be a named passenger on the booking. VILLAS4YOU do not accept single sex group bookings on selected Villas.
• Car hire includes Zero Excess Collision Damage Waiver, the first named driver must be 21 or over and subsequent drivers 25 or over.
• Competition published in other Trinity Mirror titles. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and has no cancellation value once booked.
• Failure to meet the eligibility requirements of these Terms and Condition may result in forfeiture of the prize. In which event the prize will be offered to the next eligible entrant drawn at random. No correspondence will be entered into.
