My husbands account..is it safe?

We have a joint account with thinkbanking & as I am about to be bankrupt (well just starting the process)... we decided to get my husband a separate account. Is this a safe account from any action against me?
In other words...if we transfer all the bills in his name to his account...is that ok? Is it investigated at all? If for example I earned any money & it was paid into his account...would they know? Not that this is a plan...but is that possible?

You can have your money paid in to someone else's account if that is what you are asking?
Trying to hide earnings from the OR however, would be an exceptionally silly thing to do.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
