Participants: Participation in this draw (hereinafter the "Promotion") organized by Concha y Toro S.A., (hereinafter the "Promoter"), are people over the drinking legal age in their country who became fans of Casillero del Diablo Facebook Fan Page (the "Fan Page") and complete the requested form comply with all requirements set forth in these Terms & Conditions (the "Participants").

2. Offer Period: This promotion will be effective between 14 November and 14 December.

3. Prize: Participants who meet all the requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with the procedures may obtain the following prize: • A year of Casillero del Diablo wines (equivalent to eight bottles per month or a total amount of 96 bottles of Cabernet Sauvignon and/or Sauvignon Blanc)

4. Participation: During the offer period Participants must click the "Like" button in the Casillero del Diablo Facebook Fan Page Fill the entry form on the tab named "Win a year of Casillero del Diablo".

5. Draw The draw will be done using the website https://www.sortea2.com. One winner will be randomly selected. Screenshots showing the draw process will be saved and available upon request on the email address casillerodeldiablo@conchaytoro.cl.

6. Award of prize: The award of Prizes in all cases will depend, regardless of any other remaining requirements established in the present Terms & Conditions, on the compliance on the part of winner Participants with the following requirements: 1. The winner will receive a special email. 2. Prize is non-transferable, redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for any other Prize. 3. Contestant must be of legal drinking age in his/her country. • Winner will be published on http://social.casillerodeldiablo.com/terms on Monday 17 December 2012.

7. Prize Claim: The potential winner, as well, will receive an email informing him/her about his/her status and must claim the prize within the non-extendable term of 10 (ten) days following the notification. The winner will receive the prize in his address by DHL delivey. This is responsibility of the promoter.
