Time for an update on My Bankruptcy

Hi all

This is my first post, it has taken me a while to actually get on here and let everyone know that if they are thinking of doing the same then there is nothing at all to worry about.

As my friend Justincredible had pushed and pushed me to actually get off my back side to do something about my debt i finally went and applied with a charity in my workplace called 'The Charity for Civil Servants'. They went through my application with me and paid out my bankruptcy fees as id not a penny to do this, I really didnt know where i would get the money from to pay the fees, so thank god for them.

After i received the cheques I went straight to Belfast, paid my fees and received my date to attend infront of the Judge which was 11th October 2012. On that day i arrived at Belfast Crown Court and waited for my name to be called, i was suprised when i was 3rd in the queue and it was over within a flash.

A few weeks later i got a phonecall from my Official Receiver who said a letter would be sent out along with some forms that i just had to sign and provide some information (easy peesy!:D)
All information was sent back and i didnt receive no word so thought i should ring and ask her yesterday, 11/12/2012 did she need anymore information. She told me that she had everything she needed and my case was closed. Now I can relax and worry about nothing.

It was done so quick and easy that I cant believe its all over now. All the panicking and worrying over nothing, kinda feel so silly lol but hey, least i can say now that i am officially debt-free :j
Hope this helps any of you who are worried or nervous, dont be cause im the biggest bag of nerves either and got worked up over the easiest thing ive had to do in my life to get rid of my debt:) so good luck and thank you JCG!!!!xxx
