Hi can anyone help please?
You get £9200 CGT allowance in a year.
If you wrap £7000 of shares into an ISA and gain, say, £3000 in the year does the £3000 gain come off of your £9200 limit, or are they completely seperate?
many thanks

Any gain made within the ISA is free of CGT. So basically you still have your full CGT allowance.0
