so seems beneficial for us to choose the same thing each day,

i've gone with the smart radio as it would be useful to the most people i think out of the list - i'll be going with this every day!

Eligible entries are those that (1) filled out the entry form properly and (2) voted for the prize with the most votes that day. All prizes will be selected no later than [December 21, 2012, at 11:59 PM, PDT]. Odds of winning in the drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received.

I suspect they are based on the USA west coast where it is 9am (PST), when the form opens, when we are at 5pm.
