WKD Facebook promotion -- terms & conditions

1. This promotion is open to residents of UK including N. Ireland aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of SHS Drinks Ltd, their relatives, agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. The promotion starts on 5:30pm 6th December 2012 and closes 9.00am 21st December.
3. To enter:-
   1. Visit the WKD Facebook page Christmas Appeal tab or
   2. Use the WKD Christmas Appeal mobile site or
   3. Access the site via the Blippar augmented reality app featured on packs of WKD & WKD POS in pubs nationwide.
      
      There are no other routes of entry available.
4. Tell us what you need to raise money for this Christmas and how much cash you want. Confirm your age, submit your name, address and email address details.
5. All users must confirm they are 18+.
6. Only one entry per person per day. No third party or bulk entries.
7. A varying amount of winners will be selected each day during the promotion. These winners will win the amount of money they have requested on their entry. Over £4,000 will be awarded in prizes during the promotional period.
8. All prizes will be decided by a judging panel on criteria to include unusualness of request, in line with WKD brand values and compliance with Beverage Brands Alcohol Code of Conduct. Prizes will be awarded at judges’ discretion.
9. Winners will all be notified via email and some in addition on Facebook wall. The promoter aims to notify winners within 2 days.
10. The promoter does not accept responsibility for entries or winner notifications that are incomplete, delayed, damaged, corrupted, wrongly delivered or not received for whatever reason.
11. All prizes are issued to winners as a cheque. Prizes are not transferable and cheques will only be issued in the name of a winning entrant.
12. All winners cheques must be cashed within 6 months, after this time all cheques will expire.
13. Prizes can only be posted to winners at the address submitted at the time of entry.
14. Winners should allow 28 days for delivery of their prize.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to use the winner’s name in unpaid post-competition related publicity. The promoter shall retain the IP rights for any publicity material.
16. All instructions on the promotion are deemed to form part of the rules, as are these terms and conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed to signify acceptance of the rules.
17. The promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
