This is a non-premium prize giveaway and is free to enter.
3. The prize giveaway will run weekly for 12 weeks, starting at 00:01 on 8 October 2012 and ending at 23:59 on 30 December 2012.
4. To enter the prize giveaway entrants must text 'Lapland' 51500. Standard network rates apply. Texts to this number may not be included in any bundle of free texts, text package and/or talk plan. Please check with your network operator. Please ensure you have the permission of the person who pays the mobile phone bill before submitting a text. Entrants will not be charged for receiving the confirmation SMS.
5. Online entry is also available. To enter online, entrants should visit http://www.asda.com/win / and complete the online entry form.
6. Only one entry per person is permitted per week, either by phone or online. Any additional entries may still be charged by the telephone network operator, but will not have a chance to win. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using multiple mobile phones or any other means to circumvent this condition, that entrant's entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
7. Each week during the prize giveaway, a winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received by 23:59 on each Sunday of that prize giveaway week. Winners will be notified by phone or email within 5 days of being appointed as such. In the event that a selected winner does not initially respond to the contact made by the Promoter, the Promoter shall make one further attempt to contact that winner. If the winner does not respond to the second contact made by the Promoter within 30 days of such contact, that winner's claim to the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected. Failure to claim the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions will lead to the winner forfeiting his/her claim to the prize. 8. There is no cash alternative for the prizes, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a similar gift of equal or greater value.
9. There are 12 Esprit holiday vouchers each worth up to £3000 (based on holiday brochure prices) for a family holiday for four (two adults and two children) to Lapland to be won each week. The holiday is subject to availability and holiday vouchers can only be redeemed against a holiday featured in Esprit's Santa's Lapland brochure with a December departure date during the 2012 or 2013 Lapland season.
10. The holiday voucher includes return flights, transfers and all activities on the chosen itinerary as detailed in the brochure. Travel to/from a UK airport, lunch, optional activities and insurance (appropriate insurance is compulsory) are not included. No cash alternative is available. The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. The Prize is also subject to the terms and conditions of the prize provider, their agents, and the terms of the venue.
