APP-VENT CALENDAR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING
2. Entry into this competition is limited to one entry per person.
3. This competition is run by Halfords Limited. It commences on 27th October 2012 Greenwich Mean Time ("GMT") and ends on 16th December 2012 at midnight Greenwich Mean Time (the "Period"). Halfords' may in its absolute discretion amend, alter, close the competition early or withdraw it before the end date.
4. This promotion is open to all residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except employees of Halfords, their families, agents and agencies and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion For the purpose of this competition, immediate family is defined as spouse, partner, mother, father, legal guardian, in-laws, grandmother, grandfather, brother, sister, children and grandchildren.
5. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the rules, as do these terms and conditions. Entry into this promotion is deemed to signify acceptance of the rules.
6. If you win, you agree to participate in any additional promotional activities for Halfords with respect to this promotion.
7. We reserve the right to reject any entrant on any grounds as we (in our sole opinion) see fit.

   Prizes are not transferable. However, if any circumstances outside Halfords' control means that the prize advertised are not available, Halfords reserves the right to provide a prize of equivalent value.
9. Winners will be randomly selected and distributed based on the order of the list above.

11. Halfords will not enter into any correspondence regarding award of the prizes.
12. All entrants must provide their first and last name, valid email address and postcode. By submitting an entry, the Entrant confirms that it agrees to Halfords (and its agents) processing any personal data in order to administer this promotion and any related additional promotional material.
13. Winners will be announced and notified via Facebook and email. Winners must contact Halfords as directed within 72 hours of this communication. Failure to do so may result in Halfords re-awarding the prize to another entrant, and the right to the prize being forfeited.
14. Unless you have otherwise opted, you consent to receiving further communications from Halfords about other products and services from Halfords, which we believe would be of interest to you.
15. Entrants can unsubscribe from further email communication at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
16. Entries will be used on Wallposts on Halfords Group Facebook pages and Marketing Campaigns, campaigns may use Facebook User Name.
