The point is that a "good" business won't necessarily look to maximise profit on each customer interaction. E.g. repeat custom earning £100 profit a year is better (i.e. maximises profit) than making £200 once from a customer who you never see again.0 -

I'm the same broker, whatever "hat" I'm wearing for you. There is no automatic builder broker is bad, other broker is good scenario. There are good and bad in all areas.
Picking this case as shared equity was a guess, based on a bit of deductive reasoning and a fair dose of luck. What the OP needs to know is there are only around eight lenders in England who accept such business. Narrowing it down to the right lender and deal after doing a factfind is child's play.I am a mortgage broker.
