Hi
Can anyone tell me if i have worked this out correctly regarding bailiff fees after a levy has been placed
Original Penalty - £82
First Letter - £11.20 + VAT = £13.44
For Levying distress where some does not exceed £100
£28 + VAT = £33.60
Total Claimable = £129.04
Also what exactly is a £105 Enforcement Fee and how can this be charged at the same time a levy is made?
