Anyone with an employer account can post a job, it does take an hour or two for the admin to find the dodgy ones though.

Yes I realise that, I didn't explain it very well. I was pointing out that employers upload their own vacancies once they have registered with the website, it takes a few hours for the JCP admin to check what is posted and if not suitable take it down. So it was probably not an internal person.
