Mortgage question

We have three kids (aged 4 5 and 7) and have been living in London for 3 years as I moved here on a short term contract for my employer. I own a 5 bed detached house in Cornwall but we have tenants in at the moment. I just put it on the market for £450k because I am returning home. I have a £230k mortage on the home, so approximately £190k of equity (give or take for how much it actually sells for). I also have ~£180k saved up.
So what now. Do we carry over our mortgage to buy a different house.
Edit: Nevermind, too many spammers nowadays

For the record, I don't think the definition of "spam posts" is what you think it is:All spam posts in this thread have been reported
http://oxforddictionaries.com/definition/english/spamirrelevant or unsolicited messages sent over the Internet, typically to large numbers of users, for the purposes of advertising, phishing, spreading malware, etc..
A post deliberately designed to provoke an argument might be "trolling". And one designed to be hurtful might be "cyber-bullying".
The posts on this thread are "catching you out in a big fat lie" - which isn't the same at all.
You seem to do an awful lot of "reporting" of posts that disagree with you - I'm sure the board guides are thrilled to have to deal with you again.Do you not know that a man is not dead while his name is still spoken?

Strange that the OP seemed to be living in Scotland on the 16th!!! (OS forum - Is your heating on or off?) Now living in London.
Or maybe was on holiday in Scotland last week...........odd.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These
(he points to some plastic cows on the table) are very small; those (pointing at some cows out of the window) are far away...
