  • cool, we both save our diaries for 7 years as we record work stuff in them, so now I just need to buy some white out stuff and work out when I can reuse them,.... or just wait for our free ones from work..... ;)

  • At my age one of the pleasures in life is to get a nice new pristine calendar and at the end of the year tear the last page off and say Yay I've beaten the Grim Reaper for another year :):):)
I have seven months to go (June 2013) of remission from breast cancer so to me every extra day is a day nearer the all clear.(Not that I'm counting or anything;))

    It made me laugh though:rotfl:

I've worked it out. I think you only need 14 calendars to cover all possible years.

For years starting on a Monday you need a non leap year and a leap year calendar, ditto years starting Tuesday, Wednseday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. 2x7=14.

The shortest time until a repeat year is 6 years (eg 2013 and 2019) and the longest you have to wait for a repeating year is 28 years.

But 14 calendars is all you need in your calendar store. If only Easter had a fixed date.

I thought the world was due to end Dec 2012, so I won't be buying a 2013 calendar anyway !
