Tesco refunds - what's the score ?

My first post and I'm not even sure it's in the right place - I promise I'll get better with practise !
Can anybody tell me what Tesco's current policy is on refunds for till errors ?
We purchased a small(!) quantity of beer and wine, paying by Tesco CC and when we got home I realised that, instead of charging for a case of 12 beers, they'd charged for 12 cases !
Getting a refund isn't a problem but does their policy currently say that we're entitled to anything more ? I vaguely recall that they lost a packet over mis-priced XBoxes a while ago and changed their policy but I can find no mention of the policy on their websites.
Cheers,
Bob

Double the difference if something is mispriced - not sure how this one would stand though? Go in and speak to somebody0

the item wasn't mispriced though is the problem, the OP now has to prove they didn't actually buy 12 cases of beer, which as it was in the past they'd have to rely on CCTV probably
(I'm more surprised that in buying 'a small quantity' of items that you can fail to spot an overcharge which must have been in the region of £70+ at say £6 per pack of beer)0 -
Perhaps I was a little economical with the truth - we actually spent £400 but I didn't want you to think I have a drink problem .........
