This seems to be a different comp from the one in game over.

Terms mention also having to write 200 words about something. I have not entered so don't know any more about that.

Terms:

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter, fill in your details online at http://www.yu-rules.co.uk/freequarterlyprizedraw.php before the closing date of 12 noon 31st December 2013 and click the submit button. You will then be automatically entered into the draw.

2. The competition is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland. Entrants must be 16 or over, or have parental permission, to enter.

3. The competition excludes employees (and their families) of the Promoter, its agencies or any other company or person professionally connected with this promotion.

4. Each entry must be on the official online entry form. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for any unclear entries or entries lost or delayed in transmission.

5. To enter the Competition, you must write a feature of no more than 200 words about Yugo's Adventures.

6. By submitting your entry you consent to your entry being published by the Promoter and grant the Promoter a perpetual, exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to republish your Competition entry in electronic format and hard copy for purposes connected with the Competition and promotion of the Yu! product.

7. Your entry must be your own work, must not be copied, must not contain any third-party materials and/or content that you do not have permission to use and must not otherwise be obscene, defamatory or in breach of any applicable laws or regulations. Your story must not have been published before in any other publication (or on any website).If we have reason to believe your entry breaches this paragraph 7, then we may reject it.

8. Entries close on 31st December 2013 and the winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified by telephone or email within 2 weeks of the closing date.

9. There will be further draws on a quarterly basis drawn on the final day of each of the following months; March, June, September and December in 2012 and 2013. 1 winner will be chosen from each draw and that winner will be notified by telephone or email within 2 weeks of the closing date.

10. The prize will be an IPOD shuffle supplied by the Promoter

11. The Promoter will take all reasonable steps to contact winners (by telephone and email) but in the event of failure to do so within 28 days it reserves the right at its absolute discretion to award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time.

12. A representative of the Promoter will liaise directly with the winner to organise prize details.

13. The winners may be required to participate in any reasonable publicity arising from the promotion.

14. The prize must be taken before 31st December 2013 and is subject to availability and not transferable.

15. Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry. Keep a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

16. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal value if, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the stated prizes are no longer available. No cash or other alternatives to the prizes are available.

18. To the full extent permitted by law the Promoter will not accept liability for any loss, damage, injury or death (other than death or personal injury arising out of the negligence of the Promoter) arising from this promotion beyond its reasonable control.
