"Bauble Bonanza" Terms & conditions

This "Bauble Bonanza" game is open to all Nectar cardholders with a resident UK address who are at least 18 years of age, except employees of Aimia Coalition Loyalty UK Limited, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
The "Bauble Bonanza" game will be available to play between 12/11/12 and 09/12/12 inclusive. On 09/12/12 the chance to play will finish at 4pm.
To enter, after you have clicked "Play Game" in the "Request for Permissions" box on the "Bauble Bonanza" App on the Nectar Facebook page and provided the requested information, click "Play game" for a chance to win an instant win prize.
Entry is limited to one free entry ("spin") per eligible cardholder, per day, however additional "spins" can be earned by eligible cardholders as follows: a. one additional spin per day can be earned per eligible cardholder on each day that the cardholder clicks on the 'Tweet' button in the "Bauble Bonanza" App, and tweets "I'm getting festive by playing @nectar's Bauble Bonanza. See Ts and Cs and enter here: http://po.st/ask4wJ"; b. one additional spin by 'liking' Nectar's Facebook page - provided the cardholder has never previously done so; c. one additional spin per friend can be earned by clicking on the 'Invite' button and inviting a Facebook friend to play "Bauble Bonanza" if that Facebook friend has not accessed the "Bauble Bonanza" App before and goes on to accept your invite and access the "Bauble Bonanza" App by clicking "Play Game" in the "Request for Permissions" box. (If a cardholder invites a Facebook friend who has already downloaded the App by clicking 'Play Game' in the "Request for Permissions" box or who has already accepted another friend's invitation to play the App then the cardholder will not earn an extra go).
Each spin has an equal and random chance of winning one of the instant win prizes via a secure and random process.
If an entrant wins a prize then he/she will be informed immediately via the Nectar "Bauble Bonanza" App Facebook page stating what they have won and will be sent a confirmation email to the email address provided when accessing the "Bauble Bonanza" App.
Each day, there are three hundred and five points prizes available to win: a. two hundred and fifty prizes of 10 Nectar points; and b. fifty prizes of 100 Nectar points; and c. five prizes of 1,000 Nectar points.
In addition there is one "grand prize bundle" to be won at the end of the promotional period. Every 'spin' at "Bauble Bonanza" will automatically enter that Nectar cardholder into the draw for a chance to win the "grand prize bundle". The bundle consists of: a. A £500 Debenhams gift card b. A Blackberry Playbook c. A Zumba Party Essential Kit d. Thorntons Chocolates e. A Sandy Bay Candles Set f. A Percy Reed Glamour Kit g. A 1ct Silver Star Necklace h. A Bare Minerals Make Up Collection i. 100,000 Nectar points.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes within the "grand prize bundle" with a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond the Promoters control.
Winners of a points prize will have their points prize automatically added to their Nectar account within 35 days of the relevant draw date.
The "grand prize bundle" winner will be the first Nectar cardholder drawn at random by Nectar from all valid entries. The "grand prize bundle" draw will take place by 14th December 2012.
The "grand prize bundle" winner will be notified by email that they are the winner, to the email address provided when accessing the "Bauble Bonanza" App, by 21st December 2012. The winning Nectar cardholder must reply to this email within 7 days confirming their valid Nectar card number, and to confirm the UK address they want their prizes delivered to.
All "Grand prize bundle" prizes will be delivered to the address supplied to Nectar within 60 days of the prize draw date, except the 100,000 points prize, which will be automatically added to the winner's Nectar account within 35 days of the draw date.
Method of delivery and delivery dates may vary for each "grand prize bundle" prize.
If Nectar do not receive a response email from the "grand prize bundle" winner within 7 days of the confirmation email, that winner will be disqualified from winning the "grand prize bundle" prize and the "grand prize bundle" prize will be awarded instead to one of the other entrants who played the "Bauble Bonanza" App, selected at random.
If not all of the prizes are won in a particular day, all the "Bauble Bonanza" players from that day will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win one of the remaining prizes. Winners will be chosen at random from eligible players. The results of the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners of the prize draw will be notified by email using the email address provided when accessing the "Bauble Bonanza" App. These prize draws will also be subject to these terms and conditions.
The results of the game and prize draws are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes are not transferable. No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.
The prizewinners must be prepared to take part in all publicity related to the Bauble Bonanza game and prize draws by the Promoter and its agencies.
Details of the prizewinners can be obtained for a period of 6 weeks following the closing date of the Bauble Bonanza promotion, by sending a SAE to: "Winners List, Bauble Bonanza Facebook Game, Nectar Marketing Dept., Aimia Coalition Loyalty UK Limited, 80 Strand, 3rd Floor, London, WC2R 0NN".
Neither the Promoter nor its agencies will be responsible for lost or corrupted entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of the Promoter or its agencies.
Use of a false name, Nectar card number or email address will disqualify any entrant from receiving the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it suspects to be tampering or to have tampered with the operation of the Nectar "Bauble Bonanza" App, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for any technical or other problems that mean participation is impossible or delayed, or claims or entries are not accepted for any reason whatsoever.
The data collected pursuant to these goes will be held in accordance with Nectar's privacy policy, available here.
