Unless I've missed it I cannot see a requirement for a proof of purchase,only the barcode.
Get those cupboards rummaged :-)

This promotion is open to UK residents (excluding residents of Northern Ireland) aged 18 years and over, excluding employees and their families of H.J. Heinz Company Ltd, The Co-operative Group Limited; each of their group companies, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. All entries through third parties or agents are invalid. 2. There is 1 main prize to the value of £1,500 (including VAT). This is based on Ofgem’s typical annual domestic energy consumption figure of 3,300 kWh of electricity and 16,500 kWh of gas (Ofgem Factsheet 96, 18.01.11). The cost of this consumption at today’s Co-operative Energy prices averaged across England, Scotland and Wales is £1,167 for Dual Fuel customers, £699 for Electricity only customers and £468 for gas only customers.
3. Runner-Up Prizes: There are also 100 £50 Co-operative shopping vouchers (“Vouchers”) to be won, terms and conditions apply as shown on the Vouchers. Twenty (20) winners will be drawn each week as detailed in point 5 below of these Terms.
4. To enter, simply purchase any Heinz product in any participating Co-operative Food store between 31.10.12 and 04.12.12; visit www.co-operativefood.co.uk/heinz enter the 13-digit barcode, your name and email address.
5. Winners of only the Runner-Up Prizes (£50 Vouchers) will be drawn weekly from all entries received by each of the following specified closing dates (the “Weekly Closing Dates”) - 06.11.12, 13.11.12, 20.11.12, 27.11.12 and 07.12.12. All entries must be received by no later than 23:59hrs on each Weekly Closing Date. Twenty (20) winners will be drawn each week.
6. Last time/ date for receipt of entries is 23:59 on 04.12.12 (“Competition Closing Date”). Following the four weekly draws all remaining valid entries received between 31.10.12 and the Competition Closing Date will be entered into the final week’s draw for the main prize (to the value of £1500) which will take place on 07.12.12.
7. Each weekly draw will be conducted by an independent person or an independently audited random computer process. Winners will be contacted by email within 28 days of the Closing Date. If a winner cannot be contacted by 01.01.13, the Promoter reserves the right to offer their Prize to another entrant. A winners list will be available after this date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Winners List, Winter Warmerz, ABC Media, 2 Exmoor Street, London, W10 6BD.
8. Your personal details will not be retained and used for any purpose other than providing the prize.
9. Prizes will only be given to the official winners.
10. No one person may win more than one prize. No multiple or third party entries will be accepted. The Promoter is not liable for any entries that are lost, delayed, damaged or destroyed due to a failure or fault of the postal service or any related technology.
11. Proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify from the promotion any entrant suspected of fraud or cheating including without limitation, through the manipulation of codes, multiple computer generated entries, or otherwise fraudulently falsifying data or acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter.
