Due to the substantial value of the Home Move Box, once your order has been submitted, we will contact your estate agent to verify you as a valid customer. If a successful order is placed, the couriers will also need to be able to contact you by phone to ensure that delivery of the box is made. Incorrect phone numbers or emails will stop the box being delivered.

When I moved to my current house I contacted my letting agent about this and they were a part of the scheme so I got a box delivered - nice touch for new home movers (ps i was never contacted by phone)A home is not a home ..... without a dog

What a great idea...sarah,maybe it could also be posted on the homebuying and letting board as its going to be seen by more mse members who wouldnt normally stray over to the freebies?
