You shouldn't be embarrassed it can be really daunting when you are new ,to enter the comps just open the posts up that you want to enter and then click on the links in the post that will lead you to the sites where the forms are to enter. Good Luck

    Hi

    Have a read through this

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/1014121

To put it simply all you need to do is open any competitions that take your fancy (you can see the prize in the title of each thread).

click on the link and enter your details and answer if required on the sponsors website.

It can be daunting to begin with but you'll soon get the hang off it.

I'll get one of the Board Guides to move your thread to the Compers Chat as the board you have posted on is for competitions only.

    Good Luck x

Hope you get to see this, because I think you are very much NOT thick. You're new, not sure what to do, so you asked. Sounds like the intelligent thing to do to me. Welcome and good luck comping :)

When you talk down to others it says more about you than them.
  • Sometimes we all need a little help on things that we think others can do. I've just spent ages trying to learn how to "tag" someone on Facebook and feeling stupid because I cannot do something that 13-year-old kids can do!

Besides, now you know how to enter, you might find, enter and win one of those ITV competitions for a large cash prize and then you won't care how "embarrassed" you felt in asking!
I wish I had thought of a better user name as this makes me sounds greedy :( It was meant more tongue-in-cheek.

    Always better to ask.
    Brings to mind this: http://www.finestquotes.com/select_quote-category-Fools-page-0.htm

He who asks is a fool for five minutes, but he who does not ask remains a fool forever.

Are you OK with it all now or have you specific questions or need more help ?
