I've used them a few times, but found issue with the fact they advetise a "triple agency report" (don't know if they do anymore) and charge you to search the 3 agencies. Yet when you pay for your reports and look at them, they only contain data for two agencies.
When I pulled them up on it they played it down saying Experian's data wasn't as "rich" as Equifax or Callcredit. I pointed out I'd paid for a triple agency report, regardless of the richness of data and demanded a full refund.
The truth is, Experian don't supply data to checkmyfile as they like to sell their own products and services.0 -
does state its two agencies with some bits on my report from Experian as well.Official DFD: Dec 29Challenge DFD: July 23Debts Cleared: 1/13Building EF: £20/£600 3%0

Ah, so they've changed the wording then. I expect they got pulled up on the "3 agency report" a fair bit.
Apart from the issues above I found it easy to use, and handy to have your reports in one place.
Personally though, I just use Noddle as it's free and shows all my accounts. Alternatively, you could get your £2 statutory reports from each.0 -
Noddle wouldnt confirm I was who I was, and as my ex husband is a **** and I trust him as far as I can throw him. Left me with so much debt its good for me to see it and pretty sure would use it more than 3 times in a month to check (yes I am THAT worried about it all)Official DFD: Dec 29Challenge DFD: July 23Debts Cleared: 1/13Building EF: £20/£600 3%0

The lack of info from Experian would be enough for me not to use CMF again tbh. That's just me though :cool:0
