    What's your current deal?

What's the Barclays follow on rate after the fixed term has ended?

Does the Barclays product cover all the costs of remortgaging?

current rate soon to expire is 5.19%

    follow on rate is 3.39%

No it does not cover all cost of remortgaging. I have to pay for legal cost.

    Thanks Thrug

There are a few options better than Barclays/Woolwich.

In terms of interest/fees, there's one over £1,000 cheaper over the two years.

Shop around the lenders who are new to the market who don't take business from intermediaries.

Intermediaries using this site can only provide an idea of what's possible. Naming particular lenders could be construed a recommendation.
