It's great getting less mail.

I'm now receiving a lot less mail, than I was getting a few months ago, and I'm delighted. :j
The reason for the reduction is, I've finally broken the cycle of unauthorised overdraft fees.
I'd get paid, and the money would be transferred to my bill paying account, only for me to discover there were unauthorised overdraft fees, which would push me back into an unauthorised overdraft, a few days before I got paid.
After a lot of effort, I managed to scrape together enough to top up the account last month, and managed to stay within my agreed overdraft, meaning I've only got a couple in quid in charges this month, which my balance will cover.

That is great news, well done on getting it back in control, it is hard when it seems like a never ending struggle with charges etc.

That's great Bob!
I remember dreading hearing the letterbox go, and the endless stream of debt related mail.
It's so lovely to be free of that

The only recent mail I have had from my creditors is the balance figures I asked for as my DMP is ending v soon.
Its nice NOT to be written to !0 -
Just think now how much quicker your overdraft will reduce now its not having all them charges applied each month.

Actually, the overdraft won't reduce until the new financial year.

That's because I can't pay it off, until my main loan ends in March.
After that, I'll be able to pay my overdraft off completely, in about 3 months.
By August/September, I'll be completely DF.0 -
Well, nearly a month has passed, and you won't believe how wonderful it has been, coming home each evening, to find no letters from the bank. :cool:0
