Has anyone yet received the latest 6-monthly Class 2 National Insurance bill which was due to be issued in October '12? I'm newly self-employed and have not received mine yet. How long does it normally take to arrive?

i haven't received it yet. they usually seem to arrive a few weeks after the date on the bill.0
