Why don't you charge him taxi fare? If you did not drive he would have to pay.... Or make him pay half the petrol costs. My OH does not drive but he never thinks twice about asking for a lift, so I charged him petrol for a while and he got the message!!!
Sometime you have to show someone in simple but harsh terms that they are taking the mickey!!!

Yes he will have to go without for a bit to repay the debt, but join the club, it sounds like he expects everything handed to him on a gold plate whilst being fed grapes, not much of a role model for your child?0 -
I don't see what the point is of him even talking about buying a house at the moment? Realistically, he will need to pay off all of his debts, then wait 6 years before the defaults "drop off" his credit report THEN start building up his score again to prove he can be responsible with money.0
