A maximum of one entry per person is allowed. Bulk or third party entries will not be accepted.

Closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 GMT 1st November 2012 5. Promotion limited to one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.
6. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
7. There will be 50 prizes to be won each comprising a pair of tickets to The X Factor Live Final in Manchester on the 8 or 9th December 2012. The exact date and time to be determined by the Promoter and confirmed at a later date. Winners will be provided overnight accommodation, including breakfast, on the night of the event based on a double or twin room. Winners will be responsible for arranging and paying for travel to and from the hotel and their guest's place of residence. Winners will be responsible for providing any other costs associated with accepting the prize. The prizes are non transferable and no cash alternative will be available. The prize will be subject to any other terms & conditions of the organiser of the event, which will be confirmed to the winners prior to the event.
8. Winners' guest must be aged 8 years and over, and accompanied by an adult, to attend the venue of The X Factor Live Final, in accordance with the requirements of the venue owner. All winners and their guests must bring proof of age and evidence to the venue to verify identity and age.
9. The first fifty entries drawn at random by an independent judge from all entries received by the closing date will win a prize In the event of any dispute the decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winners will be notified by email within [5 days of the closing date. The winners must claim their prize within [10] days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules.

To enter, simply purchase online at asda.com between 19th October 2012 and 1st November 2012 any three products of the following participating brands(PG Tips, Surf, Magnum, Hellmann's, Knorr, Colman's, Carte D'or, Comfort, Persil, Lynx, Dove, Sure, Simple) and complete the online entry form. Entrants should retain receipt as proof of purchase.
