Why don't they answer me?

I have been trying for over a week now to get hold of Payplan to sought out swapping my DMP for an IVA. Everytime I try phoning I listen to music for 20 mins and then get cut off. I have also tried contacting my case officer by the message system on Justabank and still no reply. Does anyone else have problems contacting them????

I was, my ID number was not being recognised. but it was because they have a new system and they didn't have a home number for me, only a mobile. they just needed to fill in the blank field under home number with my mobile and the problem was sorted. What number are you using, there is one on the justabank site under your contact officer's details - use this one. If you are already, try the other one - or are they both cutting off. Also try emailing your case officer on her/his personal email - if you receive online documentation you should have an email somewhere.

Yeah i was using the Justabank one. But wait for it. I have just tried again to get through and 1st ring!!!!!! I couldn't beleive it. Whats more if was my case officer that answered and she is proper Grantham english. My last one was a lovely lady but I could never understand a word she was saying, which was very frustrating.
