What happens if you fill in your details twice by accident ? I filled this one in earlier today and forgot to tick it, so just filled in it again.
Will that disqualify you or does it not matter ?
    Compting since October 2012.

Wins so far : 2013 Camra Good Beer Guide (£ 15,99) - 2x BBC Good food show tickets (£ 40,), free Papa Johns pizza (£ 19,45).

You can enter 6 times per phone number and it will tell you if you've used all your entries so it's not a problem. :)

    Ah i see.

I thought that was more for like a couple people in the same household (with the same land line number) who all want to have a go at it.

So you guys all just fill in this competition 6 times in a row then with your own details ?

Some do that & more eg have a few PAYG mobiles plus entering their partners details.

But reading through the terms and conditions i see it states :

"Entries must not be sent in through agents, third parties or on behalf of another person unless otherwise specified in the interaction information. Such entries are void. Bulk entries are void and cannot be accepted".

So you can't enter for others according to that then, or am i reading it wrong ? (baring in mind i'm not a native english speaker)

And would it make a difference in odds if i fill in my details 6 times, or use my and my misses ones ? Surely 6 entries would give you 6 chances then, no matter what names/details they use if they just pick a correct anwser at random ?

  • I wonder what it means by bulk entries? Is this saying u cant enter sat 12 times (2 different phone numbers) I wonder what they consider bulk

I not sure at what point they see it as bulk but I take it as aimed at the comp entering firms that enter people, for a fee of course.
They'll bombard sites with hundreds of entries at a time.

They cover their !!!!!! with the terms and conditions, but (a) if you enter the right number of times for yourself then it is not going to be misinterpreted as a bulk entry, and (b) if you enter for your spouse that should not be misinterpreted as a third party entry because no-one is providing a commercial service to the public (although best to let him/her know!).

I always enter a total of 18 times per comp, within the family.
