GetMeIn.com not allowing refunds?

Hi,

I (rather stupidly) bought my mum some tickets from GetMeIn.com last night for her birthday without confirming with everyone she was available - but I've just spoke with her and she already has plans to go away this weekend.

I cannot get hold of them as their customer support line closed at 1pm, nor can I see a way to cancel the tickets on their website, it also says this:
GET ME IN! do not have an exchange, refund or cancellation policy unless an event has been cancelled entirely and not rescheduled.
I know it's a third party site but are they allowed to do this? I haven't even received the order (nor afaik has it been dispatched) but I always believed anythought bought online has to have a 7 day refund policy?

    There are no DSR rights for tickets so it's goodwill only, as they have none then you are stuck with the tickets. If they are popular they will be easily sold elsewhere.
