Guess what? I've just found out that my council tax band has been downgraded from a D to a C!!! I never thought I would be happy to see my flat "decrease" in value. That's over £500 in rebate. Just when I need it most. Thank you Martin!!! Please anyone thinking of doing it, do it.

Just been told - it's better than I thought - £616!! And it doesn't even need to be refunded against your bill, they can give you a cheque. Yeah!I'm moving on up now,
