Pick Me Up Big Crossword

The Pick Me Up big crossword has got me well and truly stumped this week! I was wondering if someone wasn't to busy if they would be able to give me a hand please?

I'm struggling with 08 Across Hen-pecked (3-4) ???-P?O? and 04 Down Present for appraisal ???m?t. I have put the wrong answer in 08 Across so just ignore that. If anyone has got a spare minute I would be ever so grateful if they could double check my answers please as I wouldn't be at all surprised if some of the others are wrong!
