TERMS & CONDITIONS

This promotion is open to all residents of the UK and Ireland aged 18 years and over except employees of The Brunswick Shopping Centre and their affiliated companies, their families, agents or anyone connected with this promotion.
The competition is open to all who enter via Facebook.
The promotion only allows one entry per person
You must login with Facebook and enter your contact details in the form provided to be entered into the draw.
The promotion shall commence on 1 September 2012 and will close at 11pm on 5th October 2012("Closing Date"). Entries made after the Closing Date will not be valid.
1 x winner of £300 worth of shopping voucher will be selected at random and contacted via e-mail during week commencing 8th October 2012 with further information. The winner will have 14 days to respond; otherwise another winner will be selected and entitled to voucher.
The Brunswick Shopping Centre reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the promotion (including altering prizes) if, in our sole discretion, the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified. The Brunswick Shopping Centre reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
By entering into the promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any associated entry requirements. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you will void your entry. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry. The creation of fake Facebook accounts is considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of the winning entry being declared null and void, any other entrant deemed most suitable by Royal Priors Shopping Centre, acting in its sole discretion shall take their place.
The Brunswick Shopping Centre reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
