Hi
I am about to print of the forms to enter a DMP using CCCS.
I was managing absolutely fine with debts until i stupidly took out a payday loan and fell into a cycle of needing another etc... I now have 3 which is what has made me take this option.
Does anyone know if the companies, Wonga, Payday UK and Payday express will enter into a DMP agreement?
I have asked santander to stop the payments from my card to them but if they won't then I have opened a cashminder account for next months wages.
Thanks for any advice....

As long as your wages are being paid into another unconnected bank then I would not worry too much, I hear Wonga are ok with DMPs but not sure about the other two. It is more important that your wages are protected and they cannot get to them, your DMP will kick in and they will get what is fair to each of them to repay it.
