Ok just a little up date from me, and I hope it shows people out there that there is life after hell and BR
In November it will be 3 years since I went BR - and I still remember that day as if it was only last week.
After going BR my life fell appart after I kicked the OH out, the OR didnt help wanting me to give up my car and use public transport - he didnt seem to care I was disabled and couldn't even walk as far as the bus stop !
Then i got made redundant - I was lucky i got a payout, as I was discharged and only had an IPA - the OR took a large chunk but ended my IPA a year early as I'd paid it off.
Well now in a good job - started straight away
I have a contract mobile which I have had 1 year - had to get a sim only deal first for 6 months then up grade - but now I dont worry about running out of credit
Last month I got a vanquis visa card with a credit limit of £250 to help rebuild my credit score, (they had offered me £750)
Ive been putting my petrol on it and then paid it off when the bill come in (made me feel rich seeing i still had cash in the bank at the end of the month)
I know its only small steps but if i look back at the road ive travelled these last 3 years i'm a million miles further forward.
I would like to thank everyone on this site for their help and support even in my break up!
luv ya all
Curls xx
