Terms and conditionsThese terms and conditions, together with any specific rules or conditions explained or notified by AEGON UK as relevant to this prize draw, apply to your participation in the prize draw. By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1.1 The promoter of the prize draw is AEGON UK plc, AEGON House, Edinburgh Park, Edinburgh EH12 9SE (‘AEGON UK’).

1.2 This prize draw is not open to employees of the AEGON UK Group of companies or their immediate family members.

1.3 No purchase is necessary to enter. Each entrant can only win once.

1.4 The deadline for receiving entries is 4pm on Friday 28 September 2012. Entrants must provide AEGON UK with their name, email address and contact phone number when entering this prize draw.

1.5 The competition is open to anyone over the age of 18 unless excluded in 1.2 above.

1.6 The prize is for 20 winners to receive a kids’s tennis pack which includes a racket,balls and bag.

1.7 The first 20 entries drawn at random by an independent observer from all the entries received will win a kids’ tennis kit.

1.8 The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winners will be contacted personally by email or phone. If AEGON UK is unable to contact any winner via the email address or phone number provided within five days, it reserves the right to withdraw that entry and offer the prize to any other entrant or withdraw the prize altogether at AEGON UK’s discretion.

1.9 We don't take responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete due to server functions, viruses, bugs or any other causes outside our control. Proof of entry isn't proof of receipt.

1.10 Entrants must comply with all rules of this prize draw to be eligible for the prize.

AEGON UK doesn’t accept any responsibility for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.

1.11 The prize must be taken as stated and can’t be deferred. There will be no cash

alternatives. AEGON UK reserves the right to cancel this prize draw at any stage, or change any of the rules or procedures if it deems this necessary, or if circumstances
arise outside its control,


1.12 AEGON UK can’t accept any liability (other than for liabilities that can’t, as a matter of law, be excluded) for any damage, loss, costs, expenses or disappointment, whether

direct or indirect, caused to or suffered by entrants in connection with the prize draw or as a result of acceptance or use of any prize. AEGON UK won’t be liable if a prize doesn’t

reach a prize-winner for any reason outside the control of AEGON UK, or if a prize is damaged during delivery.

1.13 You can get a list of winners by writing to Sponsorship Communications, AEGON, Lochside Crescent, Edinburgh Park, Edinburgh EH12 9SE after Friday 5 October 2012.

1.14 These terms and conditions are governed by, and interpreted in line with, Scots law. The Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise under or in connection with them.
