Ho Hum - have registered with findmyfamily but when I enter the promotional code MAIL - it says it has expired. Anyone managed to get it to work?

I went to the link given above (7.51am) on step 1 says click to register
page comes up to register put email address and any password you wish to use after this page comes up to enter password and then enter.
It then says you have unlocked password mail hope this helps .

I entered the code which was successful but it did not take my thru to the findmypast site. I tried again but it says i have already entered the password. So have been on the site no credits so have registered with them and now it wants me to have a 14 day free trial! Can anyone help?
