September Competition - Full Terms and Conditions

1. Entry is open to all UK, Ireland, and Channel Island residents aged eighteen years or over, excluding the employees and agents of the Promoter, anyone professionally associated with the competition, and their families.
2. The Promoter is Treasury Wine Estates of Regal House, 70 London Road, Twickenham, Middlesex TW1 3QS.
3. The start date of this promotion is 1 September 2012 and the final closing date is the 30 September 2012.
4. To enter the promotion, visit www.wolfblassplatinumclub.com. Entries restricted to one per person per prize. Where more than one entry is submitted, the valid entry submitted during the promotion period on the date closest to the closing date will be entered into the prize draw. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this rule by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force' or any other automated means, that person's entry will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
5. To enter the promotion, visit www.wolfblassplatinumclub.com, join the Platinum Club and select which prize draw you would like to enter. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
6. The Promoter is not responsible for delayed or lost entries, and reserves the right to disqualify any entries which it believes have not been made in compliance with these terms and conditions or those that are defaced or illegible. Entries submitted through third parties or agents will not be eligible.
7. The winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all valid entries received by closing date and will be contacted by phone or e-mail within two weeks of the closing date. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw the winner in the event that the prize winner cannot be contacted within one week of receiving notification.
8. The Promoter cannot be held liable for system failures on the website used for this promotion.
9. Prize available is as follows:
   • A night's stay for two at Queen's Park Hotel with tickets to see Les Miserable in London's West End.
   • The tickets are pre booked for the following date: Sat 10 Nov 2012
   • * The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize(s). All prize travel and accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
10. The prize does not include anything not listed at paragraph 9 above.
11. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize-winner and his/her travel companion.
12. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services, although the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equivalent value. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the Promoter. If the prize is not utilised within the time-frame outlined in this paragraph, it will be forfeited.
13. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence can be entered into.
14. Entrants agree to take part in unpaid publicity including photography and interview if required. The Promoter will treat all personal information confidentially and will not disclose entrants' detailed personal information.
15. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this promotion at any time before the issue of the travel tickets if circumstances make this necessary.
16. The Promoter and its related bodies corporate, and their respective officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
17. For the winners' names and counties send an SAE to the Promoter.
18. These terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
