I had the same problem but found the boxes for your details are out of synch with the questions. You have to enter details in the box below what they're asking for (First name in Surname box etc.). When you run out of boxes you'll find you can click below the boxes - click below the Submit button to submit the for.

Ok for those of you that can't get the form to load to enter your details and it just says that your details have been entered when you click on the app, here is what I tried not long ago, go to your facebook account settings, click on apps, remove/delete stickytacks app, then go back to the Marks Electrical Facebook page and try clicking on the enter app again, you should get a form to enter you details.Posting is a privilege, not a right.
