Hempseed oil is a rich and balanced source of omega-6 and omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs). GOOD OIL may benefit eczema symptoms. Researchers at the university in Kuopio, Finland, have found evidence of the positive effects of hempseed oil used directly on the skin or simply in healthy cooking and diet.
