I entered with no problems using IE.

Did you put your dob in as dd-mm-year? I tried to add a slash between initially, but that wouldn't work.

Chrome fine, also used slashes inbetween DOB and went through no trouble.

Thanks for posting.

It loaded for me in Chrome once I'd refreshed the page. It wouldn't let me use slashes for date of birth but dashes worked fine (as in their example at the side). It was also very slow for me, but went through in the end.

Iff you are using FF (and use Realplayer) then you may be having Flash issues as the software has been conficting with each other for some people. You can fix this by updating RealPlayer to the latest edition (top left drop down box then click check for updates).
Sorted out all my Flash issues and app now loads.
