    Hello all,

So Tuesday was good. No unhealthy treats, went gym and then had a salsa class. £7 spend on the class

Yesterday also pretty good, although ate one Chocolate from a box at work. Also had very small bowl of popcorn as decided to attempted to make chilli popcorn. Unfortunately I have mega hot Indian chilli powder so it blew my head off. Still I'm sure all that spice gave my metabolism a good kick start! Did do a combat class at gym though.

    So today's plan is

    Breakfast- porridge
    Snack- carrot and cucumber
Lunch- corned beef sandwich, yoghurt and 2 clementines
    Afternoon snack- apple
    Pre gym snack- banana
    Dinner- chilli and rice

Doing body step after work then very quick mystery shop that's 5 mins away from gym :)

    Week continued well :)

Ate healthily fri and did body pump. Rewarded myself with 2 smallish bowls of popcorn

Yesterday I did body combat in the morning. Went to friends for dinner and had smallish bit of cheesecake and some skittles but that's fine as sat is my treat night. Wil see what the scales say tomorrow!

Have discovered a great app called pepperplate where you can input all your recipes along with a pic and it stores them all and makes them look like proper recipes and can sort them by categories. Have got a recipe card box but not got round to writing them out. Think I like this better plus it doesn't take up room. So I'm currently ploughing through all the supermarket mags I pick upto transfer the recipes. Very sad but quite enjoyable!

Thanks rainbow bridge I am getting there!

So mum came to visit and naughty mum made me buy a dress!! :naughty: it's a bit tight so real incentive to keep at it as I want to actually be able to breathe (and drink something fizzy!)

Weighed myself this am and was 11.2 :j so 2 pounds off. Was 3lb off yesterday am but naughty mum made me make some shortbread and some accidentally fell in my mouth :o

    So today's meal plan is

    Porridge
    Carrot and cucumber
Leek and potato soup, yoghurt and 2 clementines
    Apple
    Banana
Beef tagine with bit of couscous

    Got body pump tonight :)

so finally payday has arrived :j
paid of the £140 that i was overdrawn by (why? how?) :(

paid for my friends hen do in march :)

and cleared credit card 1
will be getting more money through next week :j

from top of my head i am due £340 rent and around £170 ms.

need to transfer £20 over to spends account to increase food budget. spent £60 on food yesterday so that only leaves £20 for rest of month which is not doable! :o had ran out of a lot of stuff and also needed toilet roll and lots of meat. went to 3 supermarkets as well! needed to go to asda to get something, dont like shopping there as they never have everything i need so was going to go tesco after. however decided to go to lidl on way so bought lots there inc all fruit and veg and my favourite fat free yoghurts (they are sooo nice). then got rest in asda but they didnt have ginger paste or frozen stew veg (so cant be bothered to cut up swede etc... plus works out a lot more to buy seperately). so went to sainsburys for those 2 items and they had bloody well sold out of stew packs :mad::mad: ended up with a value prepared fresh pack which i could have bought in asda!

did a ms on thursday where i bought something for £45 on cc. will get around £45 back but not til end of nov. going to sell the item on ebay but as its a charm will wait till mid nov when hopefully will go for more due to xmas. so need to pay the £45 off cc this month but hope to get £45 back and sell for at least £25 profit by end of nov.

so will pay the £45 and £20 then extra will go towards tesco card (cc 2)

also spent £27 in b&q yest on a stawberry planter and compost and moss killer. needed strawberry planter and compost now as its to plant the shooters from my strawberry plants (prob left it too late but will give it a go!). plan is to try and save some weekly spends to have the £27 by end of month.

plan for today is to go gym and swim and then spend afternoon gardening (better not rain!!!). need to cut everything back and try to fit furniture in shed. also need to get parasol out of shed and set it up and spray with insect killer and give it a wash. will then bring inside to dry and store inside. snails etc.. been crawling all over it so looks rank and dont want it damaged! also need to sort strawberry patch and attempt to plant some of the shooters.

then friend is round for dinner later so i need to cook that and may try and sort out my ms spreadsheet whilst its cooking as i bought numbers for my ipad to use spreadsheets and it has destroyed it! not sure what happened as it worked fine for a week or two! luckily i couldnt work out how to get the spreadsheet on my ipad so emailed it so i can retrieve it from sent items and just update it. really not impressed with numbers, really wish i had not wasted £5.99 on it :(

Lol ok you're on! But eek!! Weekend away next weekend and don't think I will loose any this week as only two classes and was naughty on tue and wed :(

    Ok plan for gym is-
    Today- attack
    Mon- pump
    Tue- treadmill/bike then salsa
    Wed- combat
    Thursday- step

Hopefully that will put me at a head start to soften the effects of the weekend! Will go for a swim during our spa day on sat :p

When do you weigh in rainbow? I do it every Monday 'officially' but often check it most days out of interest! It's amazing how I can go to sleep one weight and wake up 3 pounds lighter! :rotfl:

In other boring news I am going to start sorting out under my bed today as have wooden floor and not cleaned under it for about 1 year so the dust balls are so big they could probably eat me
