How long have you worked for the company? (As this is what it comes down to)

What evidence/complaints from you is there before this incident?

How about unabashedly bawling your eyes out?
How about not equating death with stopping?

I have worked there since last may so 15 months or so, i have often phoned and spoken with a supervisor about the bullying but nothing was ever done so put it into writing.

I hope you had the foresight to confirm the content of previous discussions by email.

Has the employer confirmed they are taking your allegation of bullying seriously, if so has the accused individual been suspended pending investigations?

Being asked to supply a written account of your allegation is not a cause for concern, indeed it is to be expected.

    not sure what this means:

yes they have confirmed they are still looking into the investigation but the one investigating is good friends with the bully! no she hasnt been suspended as far as im aware and what she did was alot more serious than me being upset! surely.

When you have raised issues of being bullied did you follow a verbal conversation up in writing to generate a paper trail.

I have a written diary for about 4 months so yes i do have it documented, but this is my own record, but it does have dates and times i spoke to people about the problem and my supervisor knows there has been an on-going problem but can't understand why.

You need to confirm in writing with your employer, any verbal conversations where you have raised the subject of feeling bullied, especially given the supervisor is friends with the alleged bully.

If the supervisors deny being previously informed, how do you prove you have raised it with them?

You need to generate an electronic paper trail at the time or you may be left done up like a kipper.

I appriciate your thoughts, i am sure that other staff both who i work with in the community and staff in the office can back me up with the complaints ive been making, its not just my co-ordinator who knows about the situation!

but i can't understand how they can call the last situation a breach of confidentiality more a conflict of interest, and suspension with no pay when my contract clearly states i should be getting paid!
