This has been running since June but have looked everywhere (even under Martin's folded arms) and I cannot see this. It is an open ended comp. (until the Promoter decides when to end it). Entry is open only to UK and ROI residents aged 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter or the agencies or companies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
Entrants may enter as many times as they wish.
The entrant must:
Join the Beauty Recommended Fan Group on the Facebook platform; and
Post (via the competition application) their Ask the Experts competition entry by 1159am BST/ GMT each Wednesday during the Promotion Period.
The entrant must ensure their entry:
does not contain any material which: (i) is offensive and/or derogatory, (ii) is of a explicit and/or sexual nature, or (iii) is defamatory, libellous, obscene, or (iv) is otherwise illegal;
does not contain any material which violates any third party intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, copyright, trade marks, or any other proprietary or personal right); and
does not contain any trade/brand logos or references other than incidental inclusion and/or relating to the Promoter's products.
Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Bulk entries cannot be accepted. Only one prize per person is permissible.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to accept and/or to remove from the websites displaying materials from entries any materials in any entries the Promoter deems, at its sole discretion, at any time either not to comply with the terms as set out herein. If any element of an entry breaches these terms, the Promoter has the right to reject the whole entry.
By submitting entries and by agreeing to take part in the competition, entrants hereby grant the Promoter a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, broadcast and perform any elements of the entries across websites, magazines or mobile services at any time without further consent or payment.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
There are three prizes available to be won each week within the Promotion period. The designer accessories and products will vary weekly and will be at the discretion of the Promoter. The winners will be contacted to arrange delivery of the prize within UK and Ireland.
The competition begins at 12.00pm on Wednesday 13th June 2012 and will finish at the Promoter's sole discretion. The competition will be open for a minimum of 3 weeks and no one can enter after the final close period. For the purpose of this promotion, a week starts at 12pm BST/GMT on a Wednesday and ends at 11.59am BST/GMT the following Wednesday.
Three winners will be chosen at random by an independent party on Mondays from all valid entries on the Beauty Recommended competition page on the Facebook platform posted during the preceding week.
