Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion is open only to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over except employees of the Promoter, their Dealers and agents and members of their immediate families or anyone connected to the creation and administration of the promotion.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. There are 2 categories of prize: (a) a prize allocated in showroom by a dealer ("Dealer Prize"); and (b) a single main prize offered by Honda ("Main Prize").
4. In order to qualify for a Dealer Prize, eligible entrants must first obtain a unique code by completing the on-line form at www.honda.co.uk/sale by no later than 23.59 on 30th August 2012. To be in with a chance of winning a Dealer Prize, the unique code must be presented to a member of staff at a participating Honda car dealership during Honda's sale fortnight between 17th and 31st August 2012 (the "Sale Period") during normal trading hours. The dealership will confirm whether your unique code has won a Dealer Prize by inputting your unique code into the Promoter's prize allocation software.
5. Eligible entrants for the Dealer Prize draw will be automatically entered into the Main Prize draw, whether or not they win a Dealer Prize.
6. Not all entrants will win a Dealer Prize. There are up to 25,800 Dealer Prizes to be won during the Sale Period and a maximum of 1,720 Dealer Prizes to be won on any single day during the Sale Period. If on any day during the Sale Period fewer than 1,720 Dealer Prizes are won, the left over Dealer Prizes shall be rolled-over into subsequent days' prize allocations.
7. The Dealer Prizes will be allocated at random and include: (a) 1 year Dining Card memberships; (b) 1 year Golf Card memberships; (c) pairs of cinema tickets; (d) music track downloads; (e) return flights to destinations within Europe (excluding applicable taxes and surcharges); (f) 2 for 1 hotel stays.
8. Additional terms and conditions may apply to each Dealer Prize and any such terms and conditions will be provided upon issue of Dealer Prizes. Dealer Prizes may be subject to validity periods, which will be made known upon issue of Dealer Prizes.
9. Only one Dealer Prize per person.
10. Only one Dealer Prize per unique code.
11. Dealer Prizes or details of how to claim Dealer Prizes (dependant on the prize won) will be delivered to the winner's address as specified on the on-line form within 8 weeks of the end of the Sale Period.
12. The Main Prize draw will take place on or before 30 September 2012 and the winner of the Main Prize will be notified by no later than 14 October 2012. The Main Prize winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at the time of entry. In the event that the Promoter is unable to contact the Main Prize winner on the first attempt, using the contact details provided at the time of entry, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the Main Prize and award the Main Prize to an alternative winner.
13. There is only one Main Prize to be won. The winner of the Main Prize may choose one Honda product with a retail value not exceeding £35,000 (including, if relevant, registration, delivery to a UK address and 12 months' vehicle excise duty) from Honda's current UK range of cars, motorcycles or power equipment. The prize does not include insurance. It is the Main Prize winner's responsibility to arrange insurance prior to taking ownership of a car or road motorcycle (should the winner choose a car or road motorcycle as the Main Prize). The Promoter will take into account the Main Prize winner's preferences for colour, size and accessories of the winner's chosen Main Prize, however, the Promoter reserves the right to specify colour, size and accessories according to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to offer a substitute Main Prize of equal or greater value in the event of the Main Prize being unavailable.
14. By participating in this prize draw, the winner of the Main Prize agrees to participate in any reasonable marketing activities specified by the Promoter.
15. No cash alternative will be offered in respect of either the Main Prize or any Dealer Prize.
16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering this promotion or by the entrant's acceptance of a Dealer Prize or the Main Prize, or any damage to any entrant's or other person's computer or mobile phone equipment as a consequence of entering or downloading any material relating to this promotion. Nothing shall exclude the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the promotion is not capable of being conducted within these terms and conditions or in the event of a virus, computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the promotion.
18. Any entrant who enters or attempts to enter the promotion in a manner, which in Promoter's determination is contrary to these terms and conditions or by its nature is fraudulent or unjust to other entrants (including but not limited to tampering with the operation of the competition, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Promoter and/or any of its agents or representatives), or who submits an illegible or incomplete entry, may be rejected from the promotion at Promoter's sole discretion.

Thanks for posting this, I had my first win. I won a year's golf membership, I don't play golf but I'm happy nonetheless. I will see if I can convert my win to something I can use. :j
