Time for an update guys:
Got a KB from Cap One for the PPI, yet again, apparently I filled it in myself on-line, ah well
Had about £1300 of big bills this month, car insurance and much needed dental work, so only £100 less on the debt.
But, it is still a tiny fraction compared to what it was this time last year.
Have also wised up a bit in using my credit card.
We now use it for all shopping, bills not covered by DD's, and diesel.
When we come home, I pay off what we just used, but doing it this way gives us rewards and free vouchers for Waitrose and john Lewis
I now have some annual leave and will be travelling around seeing old friends and family (one of the reasons I didn't pay more towards the debt, kept some money back for good times
).
So, life is still looking up, I think I'm still on track for my original guesstimate of early new year for my dfd
Once again, thank you for your help and support guys :TLife is now good
