The closing date for entries is 6 September 2012 at 11.59 BST.

1. The random draw for each Region will take place on or before 7 September 2012.
2. Each Winner shall receive the following prize for himself/herself and one (1) guest (aged 18 or over):
   (a) a ticket each to an MTV dance party, MTV.Hauptstadt.Club, at Puro Sky Lounge in Berlin, Germany on 6 October 2012 (the “Prize Event”);
   (b) return flights from the Winner’s nearest international airport to the city hosting the Prize Event;
   (c) accommodation for three (3) consecutive nights in a four (4) star hotel with one double or twin room, on a bed and breakfast basis;
   (d) return transfers from the hotel to the airport in the host city;
   (e) standard travel insurance for the each Winner and each Winner’s guest; and
   (f) spending money of three hundred (300) Euros (for the Winner only).
   The approximate total prize value is two thousand seven hundred (2,700) Euros.
   The Winners and the Winners’ guests must hold valid passports and are responsible for obtaining the necessary travel documentation (including but not limited to visas, where necessary) required for their trip to the Prize Event.
   THE WINNERS AND THE WINNERS’ GUESTS MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TRAVEL TO BERLIN, GERMANY ON 5 OCTOBER 2012 AND DEPART ON 8 OCTOBER 2012. NO ALTERNATIVE DATES WILL BE AVAILABLE.
3. For the avoidance of doubt, the prizes do not consist of anything other than expressly set out in Term 12 above and no additional costs are included.
4. The Winners may be required to provide a written acknowledgement of acceptance of all the Terms of the Competition prior to receiving their prize.
5. The Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in the prize description.
6. The Winners will be notified by telephone or email on or before 17 September 2012 and will receive written confirmation and full details of the prize by e-mail within 3 days of notification. Notification and confirmation will be made by MTV.
