Terms & Conditions - These are the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you, the entrant and Watergate Bay Hotel of On The Beach, Watergate Bay, Cornwall, TR8 4AA - The competition is only open to residents in the UK aged 18 or over. The following people are not eligible to enter the competition: Employees of Watergate Bay Hotel and its respective subsidiaries and associated companies including the prize suppliers. Immediate family members of Watergate Bay Hotel employees or members of their household Watergate Bay Hotel assumes that by entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions. - Entry to the competition is managed by the Daily Mail online. There is no entry fee and no purchase required. - The Promotion closes at mid-day on Tuesday August 21, 2012. Only entries received before the closing date will be entered into the free prize draw. - There is one (1) prize donated by the Watergate Bay Hotel a two (2) night Bed and Breakfast stay at Watergate Bay Hotel for two people on Monday 10th and Tuesday 11th September 2012 with two VIP passes to the Veuve Clicquot Polo On The Beach. Other elements of the prize include - Swim Club treatment for two people on Monday 10th September - 16:30 – Double massage for two. Time and treatment can be changed subject to availability. - Surf lesson for two at the Extreme Academy on Tuesday 11th September - 9:30. Time can be changed subject to availability. - Three course lunch for two in the Beach Hut on Tuesday 11th September - 13:00. Time can be changed subject to availability. - First Great Western First Class train travel on Monday 10th September and Wednesday 12th September. - A magnum of Veuve Clicquot champagne in the room of the Watergate Bay Hotel. A £100 Joules voucher. Additional food and beverage will not be included and will be charged in full. The prize must be taken on the dates detailed – Monday 10th to Wednesday 12th September 2012. The prize must be accepted as awarded and non-transferable. There is no cash alternative. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. We advise the winner to obtain their own travel insurance as this will not be included in the prize. Any extras not detailed in the prize will be charged in full. The winner is required to provide their own transport outside of the transport detailed. The prize must not be used in conjunction with any other booking. - All eligible entries will be entered into the free prize draw.
